Meet the Board
Godol
My name is Hank Kahl. I am a senior at West Chester East High School and have been in BBYO since eighth grade. I have been playing tennis since I was about nine years old and wrestling since ninth grade. I really enjoy going snowboarding every winter with my family. In BBYO, I was chapter mazkir for half a year and chapter shaliach for the last year.
As your godol, in charge of leading and running the chapter, I hope to expand the chapter to a whole new level while making sure every member is enjoying their time in BBYO. I have been a dedicated member to BBYO and plan on making my last year the best year yet.

s'gan
Hello, my name is Sam Dinerman and I’m a sophomore at Downingtown East High School. I have been playing baseball for 9 years and I love to play football with my friends in the neighborhood. This year, I will be serving as your chapter S’gan, the vice-president of programming. The S'gan makes sure that all of the events for the chapter are planned out and run smoothly so everyone can have a good time. I wanted to be a S’gan since I love to have events planned out rather than have plans made up on the spot. Also, I feel that it’s a priority that everyone at the event has a good time, and I want to ensure this throughout my term as S’gan. I first had the desire to be chapter S’gan when I helped our now Godol, Hank Kahl, plan and lead a laser tag event at the Grandslam in Malvern. In preparation, I reserved a time for the event and made sure that all of the logistics were figured out, so that everyone would have an outstanding time. In result, the event was a success, with everyone having a lot of fun. I hope that I can do this for more events during my term as S’gan and make everyone’s BBYO experiences incredible.
Moreh
Hello, I am Micah Koss. I am 14 years old and turn 15 in January. I am going to be in 9th grade this 2015-2016 school year. I have played baseball and basketball for 8 years. I ski every winter and it is my true passion. This year I will be serving as your Moreh. A Moreh's job is to recruit new members and retain current members. I have wanted to be a Moreh since my first convention (IT convention, a convention for new members). I really liked how the regional Moreh made everyone feel included and like they were wanted. I am going to strive to do that this year for everyone who needs a friend, or just needs to have a conversation. I am happy to meet all of you, and don't be afraid to come up and introduce yourselves.
MAzkir
Hi! My name is Justin Klein. I am a junior at Downingtown West High School. Besides BBYO, my other biggest passions are basketball and baseball. I really enjoy talking sports with anyone so feel free to strike a conversation with me at anytime.
As Mazkir, I am in charge of all communication and social media for our chapter. I look forward to sending emails to members and parents to keep everyone up to date with our chapter.

Shaliach
My name is Ben Grossman. I am a junior at West Chester East High School. I have been a dedicated member of BBYO since eighth grade. Along with BBYO, I am also a member of CISV, a volunteer organization striving for cultural diversity and world peace. For my school, I am part of the tennis team as well as the orchestra.
As your shaliach, I am in charge of Jewish Heritage and Community Service. I plan to work alongside my counterpart to get our chapter more involved with the community. We hope to volunteer with the Special Olympics once again. I cannot wait for this year because I know it will be a great year.
